Most orders have free shipping, but here are some normal rates:
- Free standard shipping is available on all US and Canadian orders. (unless specified)
- Free in-store pickup at the Crew Crew Apparel flagship store is available.
If you live in the Metro Detroit Area and would like to pick up at TCBH Studios in Detroit, MI. instead of paying for shipping, enter the code INSTOREPICKUP in the Discount Code area. Orders must be picked up within 7 business days from placing the order on-line.

Crew Crew Apparel processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Although most orders will be shipped out within 3 business days or less, please allow up to 5 business days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated shipping time based on Canada Post’s 2017 Delivery Standards:
- Expedited Parcel: 2 to 9 business days from ship date
- Regular Parcel: 1 to 7 business days from ship date
- Xpresspost: 1 to 2 business days from ship date
- Priority: Next day delivery from ship date

- Small Packet USA Air: 5 to 8 business days from ship date
- Tracked Packet USA: 4 to 7 business days from ship date
- Expedited Parcel USA: 4 to 5 business days from ship date
- Xpresspost USA: 2 to 3 business days from ship date

The estimated shipping time may be subject to delays due to customs, destination, and national holidays. We ask that you please allow up to 10 business days for parcels with tracking, and 20 business days for parcels without tracking, before contacting us in regards to your order.
